You did an outstanding job on the reception for our wedding at Aldridge Garden's! We got endless compliments on the food and service. Everyone could not get enough of the sugar cookies you baked in place of my bridal cake! Those were some of the best cookies I and many others have ever eaten. You were first on our list to meet with when we were shopping around for caterers. After meeting you, we felt no need to follow through on the other appointments. You made that strong of an impression on us. And despite such an outstanding first impression, you continued to impress us with the quality of service throughout the planning process! You were very professional, fair, accomodating and cheerful through all the ups and downs that occur when planning an event. We never had to worry about a thing! We knew you would take care of everything and remember all the little details. When the weather turned cold unexpectedly a day before the reception, you even accommadated our request for hot chocolate and coffee at the last minute! The nice picnic basket with some of the leftovers from the reception for the bride and groom to take home was a nice surprise and an awesome finishing touch! We are still enjoying the left overs. I will recommend you to anyone who is in need of catering.

I was on cloud nine all day yesterday as I rode home 700 miles, just thinking of how beautiful the day was, and all of the details were handled "without a hitch" if you will! You have both been wonderful to work with at Barber's and because of your professionalism and attention to detail our rehearsal dinner was truly perfect. You can't imagine the rave reviews we got about the venue and the fabulous food! So many people commented that Barber's was a place they didn't know existed, and they were impressed……The tables looked fabulous, the video turned out just like we hoped and the food and drinks were outstanding. Every single staff member was wonderful to us and our guests. Mr Barber should be extremely proud of all of you and the out-standing job you do to meet every need. You all exceeded our expectations and dealt with an emotional mom in a warm and caring manner.

We were so delighted with professionalism that was shown to us during our recent dinner and breakfast on the 16th & 17th of Feb. The food was excellent and the service was very good. As I was sitting at a table with one of the surgeons he made the comment about how nice the servers were and that they seemed to really enjoy what the were doing. He complimented me on securing such a good catering service. I explained to him that you came with the facility, but that we were also very pleased. I have heard numerous comments on the food, especially the dessert! Dear Five Star Event Catering,
This past Tuesday night the Hall of Fame hosted a dinner for U.S. Soccer and it was catered by Five Star Catering. In the seven plus years that I have worked at the Hall of Fame, I have not had a better meal than was served Tuesday night. There are very few established restaurants in the city that could have done better than Five Star. The set up, presentation and service were excellent.
Just as importantly was the professionalism of Elizabeth and her staff. Very few caterers are willing to mop the floor in the set up area before leaving, not so with Five Star. They left the museum probably cleaner than what they found. I told Elizabeth that I would put them at the top of our list of preferred caterers.

Thank you for making the Alabama Symphony's Jump, Jive and Drive Dance party a success. With your help, over 300 guests enjoyed a fun-filled evening of gourmet dining, exquisite shopping, fantastic music and dancing - and very fast driving!
This evening wouldn't have been possible without your contribution. Thank you for your assistance in coordinating and catering this event. The event was more successful, and the evening more enjoyable because of your efforts.
The event netted more than $100,000 for the Alabama Symphony Orchestra. These funds will be used to support our orchestra and allow us to continue bringing first class orchestral music to the residents of Birmingham and the state of Alabama.

Also, thank you for catering lunch for the Porsche Driving experience students earlier that day.
