Dear Five Star Event Catering,
This past Tuesday night the Hall of Fame hosted a dinner for U.S. Soccer and it was catered by Five Star Catering. In the seven plus years that I have worked at the Hall of Fame, I have not had a better meal than was served Tuesday night. There are very few established restaurants in the city that could have done better than Five Star. The set up, presentation and service were excellent.
Just as importantly was the professionalism of Elizabeth and her staff. Very few caterers are willing to mop the floor in the set up area before leaving, not so with Five Star. They left the museum probably cleaner than what they found. I told Elizabeth that I would put them at the top of our list of preferred caterers.
